Recommended for Ages 9 up. It has also been exciting to really get to know these characters over the past few months as I wrote and edited the book - Belle in particular. I love that there are little bits and drabbles from the original movie thrown in, e. This would have been 4 stars if it weren't for one thing. Her relationship with the Beast with her trying to figure him out and trying figure out does she want to be friends with him. Lost in a Book quickly becomes less about the Beast and all about Belle… more scenes from his point of view would have been welcome.
